I asked them to come in and do an inspection of my home before I put it on the market. The communication ahead of time was wonderful and professional. I was told exactly how many people were arriving, all the COVID precautions that were going to take place, etc. The day of the inspection, everyone showed up on time and with masks. A “clean” mat was placed outside my home where everyone stepped on them put on clean disposable booties. Nothing from the outside was brought into my home. They did a very thorough job (considering we have 10 feet of snow, they did the best they could). I received the report and am blown away by the details. There are pictures of everything along with detailed explanations. I would most definitely hire this company to do a home inspection as well as recommend them to family and friends. I now have my hit list of things to fix (or not) before I put my house on the market in a few months. I highly recommend that anyone wanting to list their home do the same thing. There are things that you don’t realize need to be fixed. many of my items are minor and an easy fix, yet if I didn’t know about them until the time of the sale, I could be out a lot of $ in negotiations with a buyer. No home is perfect and there will always be “something” so it’s best to get ahead of the game and let these guys help you out!
