Buyers Inspection:
Prices are based on the TOTAL square footage which includes basement and garage space. If you have additional buildings separate from the main home such as Barns, Cottages, or detached Garages, they are options for inspections. These structures will be assessed independently of the main home using the square footage pricing guide.

Payment is expected at the time of inspection. If payment is not made at the time of inspection the inspection report and lab results will be held until it is received.
