As part of the selling process, there comes a time when your Realtor must discuss what has arisen during the home inspection done by the byers. As a female homebuyer, I was wary of the process. I brought along my brother as a second set of ears and eyes. Having purchased multiple properties I like to consider myself knowledgeable and experienced. That being said, I have used other inspectors in the past and was looking for someone new. Alex was unphased by my interest in the inspection process, I was pretty involved while he was working. He really took the time needed to get a clear picture of the inner workings of the home. ABOUT
I was born and raised in the Northeast. My first job was working at a hardware store, I then moved on to work on and refurbish cars, and always had an interest in working with my hands. I am currently involved in rehabbing my second home, an 1850’s farmhouse. Over time this house will boast its vintage character along with modern day comforts. With my personal interest in how things work, background knowledge built from experience of being my own GC and becoming involved rebuilding and refurbishing at a young age, the progression into home inspections was a no brainer. I enjoy sharing my knowledge with others and being able to best prepare them for their own home ownership experiences.
